📦  Procedure for transferring goods during courier delivery

  • During courier delivery, the courier, together with the Tenant, opens the packaging, demonstrates the external condition, and checks the completeness of the goods.
  • It is not the responsibility of the couriers to provide consultation on the operation and characteristics of the goods, their installation, or configuration. If necessary, information about the goods can be obtained on the website or through the call center.
  • The courier may verify the functionality of the ordered goods by connecting them to the network, if it does not require prior assembly.
  • After inspecting the goods, the Tenant signs the rental agreement and the acceptance-delivery document. From this moment, claims regarding the delivered goods are not accepted.
  • Upon returning the goods to the rental salon via courier delivery, the courier inspects the appearance and completeness of the rented property, and both parties sign the acceptance-delivery document. If there are any claims regarding the rented property, the parties contact the rental salon managers and make a decision regarding further actions, in accordance with the rental agreement terms.
