Rental Terms and Conditions
📝 Rental Agreement
The rental relationship between the Client and Tik-Tak Rental Salon is governed by a rental agreement. The rental agreement is concluded in writing. The agreement is concluded with individuals who have permanent registration in the Republic of Lithuania, while for foreign citizens, the agreement is concluded upon a monetary deposit. The Client has the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time.
📦 Product Handover
During the handover of the items, a rental staff member, in the presence of the client, checks the functionality, completeness, and appearance of the rented items. The client is also familiarized with the operating rules of the items or provided with written instructions on how to use them. After signing the rental agreement, no claims regarding the transferred rental items are accepted.
🕒 Extension of rental period
The Client has the preferential right to extend the rental period of the item. It is not necessary to call and inform the rental salon about it - it is sufficient to timely make the payment for the new rental period - no later than 3 working days from the end of the previous paid period by paying in cash or transferring the funds to the Lessor's bank account.
🔁 Return of the item
The Client is obligated to return the rented item in the same condition as it was received at the rental point during the pickup. The presence of all accessories is mandatory. Upon returning the item, the Client is required to sign a Acceptance Certificate, confirming the return of the item to the rental point. The absence of a signed Acceptance Certificate means that the item is still in the possession of the Client. In the event of defects appearing on the item that occurred during the Client's use of the item, the Client undertakes to pay the rental Tik-Tak the estimated value of the item specified in the rental agreement within a period of 3 days without dispute. The return of the rental item incompletely is considered as complete damage to the rental property, as the completeness of the item is lost, or the Client, with the agreement of Tik-Tak rental, supplements the rental item at their own expense with a similar part.
